Our sales representative, John was very knowledgeable and professional and he ensured that we had all the information necessary to make the right choice of product for our situation. The installers, Mark and John, were also very professional and ensured that they walked us through the entire process. Once installed they ensured that they explained how the new equipment worked and did not leave until all our questions were answered.
