We were looking for a very specific solution for our interior stair railing. Toni came by to see our space and came up with a design that fit perfectly - something we never would have come up with but a design we love! Peter and his team were so quick and courteous during the installation process. It was a pleasure to work with Innovative Metal Works and we highly recommend them!
Work was very well done. Everyone who worked on the basement (Mauricio was leading the project) was friendly and polite, and they accommodated the various changes that we made to the original plans as work progressed. It was a difficult winter to drive in, yet they were on time every day, even though they were coming from Mississauga. Occasionally, materials were delivered late (not their fault, but the supplier's fault), and yet they worked overtime to make sure they got back on schedule. We are thrilled with our new basement. We are very grateful for P&P's professionalism, workmanship, and customer relations. We have already recommended to friends, and would hire them again.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Great company. Low-pressure sale, friendly installers who worked tirelessly to finish in good time. Product looks great and I am confident that the company will be attentive and prompt if we ever need service or repair (which we probably won't). Would definitely recommend.
