My thanks go to John and his crew, especially Brian who did most of the work, for a job well done in re-roofing my house. John was able to fit me in his schedule promptly and his crew completed the work in two days plus. From the very beginning the project proceeded fairly smoothly. John responded quickly when asked for an estimate. He inspected the roof and listened to my concerns. He was able to give me a verbal estimate then, which did not change in the handwritten contract, nor when the final amount was due. Brian and the rest of the crew worked fast and efficiently. They cleaned the area of debris every day. The finished roof looks great, and they also rebuilt a couple of small sections of built-in gutter over the carport. Brian even added rain diverters at the corners of the main roof to deflect rain away from the end of the rake and into the gutters. JMT Roofing is a hard working company which I would highly recommend.
