JMT Roofing & Painting recently replaced our asphalt roof and gutters. We called a few places and John was the first one to respond. JMT is efficient and professional. From estimation to completion of the project, it took only within a fortnight. John is helpful and knowledgeable, answered many of our questions and provides advices throughout the process to ensure we are comfortable with our decisions. The contracts are easy to understand and there were no surprises with the final costs. The crews delivered timely and quality work. John dropped by to support the crews and help out wherever he could, e.g. buying supplies. His crews kept the site tidy and safe, they cleaned the site and checked for nails. The roof was done in a day and the gutters were completed in the following day. The roofing crew came early in the morning and left early evening. When I got home from work, all I saw was a brand new roof. The lawn was clean and undisturbed. John and JMT take pride in their work. We will consider JMT for future projects and would recommend them to friends and family.
