My tenant broke the shower somehow and hot water was leaking pretty badly. I called Mister Plumber around 9am and Victor sent someone who had it fixed before 1pm. He also cleared up my sink drain which was a nice bonus and left he place in clean shape!

Was moving and getting my old condo ready to rent out. Thought I'd only have a few things to donate to charity, but without a car, decided to try a junk removal service. Originally booked another service but changed my mind after an unfriendly call, so switched to Rid-of-it and am glad I did! Tim and Mat arrived on schedule and helped with what ended up to be a full truckload of stuff. Including heavy stuff like a treadmill that needed to go down a few stairs. They were nice to deal with as well as careful and tidy in the process.

Called Fresh & Clean to spruce up a condo bedroom carpet and a few carpeted steps before renting it out. They arrived on time and did a good job. A small stubborn stain was completely gone. Carpet was damp for another 24 hours. They offered to steam 2 area rugs I had - was a bit extra but they did it on site and they look good too. Got a call during the cleaning to upsell me with scotchguard protection and something else (i forget). I chose the scotchguard but would have been nice for that to have been asked up front when I booked the appointment.

Contacted Ikeaman and they sent John 2 days later. In 4 hours, he assembled 7 pieces of furniture for me from Ikea, Structube & CB2 - Bed with drawers, TV unit, desks, etc. He put the mattress on the bed, neatly bundled up all the packaging and garbage for disposal. Was cheaper than other quotes too! Recommended!
