Caro from Vancouver

Can't say enough good things about this small family based company. From my initial call and contact with Alix, who put this city girls mind at ease when I thought we had an emergency on our hands ..to the first class service shown by Jeremy when he arrived and walked us through everything to the final follow.up the same evening by Alix to make sure all went well and we were happy . Being from Vancouver and new to farm life and septic systems , I was dreading making the call but the whole thing turned into an educational and fun experience ! Can't wait to see them again in 3 years :)

I started the dreaded task of searching for a roofing company last Sep and got 3 estimates with variable price ranges. I postponed having the work done until this summer when an accidental conversation with a work colleague lead me to JMT. Her parents ( The Hendess family) had their roof done and couldn't speak highly enough of John and his crew. I called John and he immediately came to my house and got up on the roof and had an estimate all within half an hour. What made John different from my 3 previous experiences was his friendliness and honesty and also also the fact that he did not " talk down" to me being a female. Due to such an amazing run of sunshine they were incredibly busy but John squeezed us in 1 week later. The crew of 4 including the awesome foreman "Keith" showed up promptly at 8:00am, by 4:00pm they were finished ! I have never in my life met such a polite, respectful, clean cut group of roofers and tidy? I was concerned mostly about my garden and of course clean up. Not so much as a branch was bent or broken and clean up was spotless. . The next day we had our gutters done with the same professional, expedient and tidy service that we had experienced the day before. John followed up both days with phone calls to make sure all was good. John and his crew certainly have the "old school" work ethic down to a fine art. All I can say is WOW ! Thanks John and crew for an amazing experience. I will be recommending and posting your cards at work :) We love you John, Caro, Mirko and Mark
