An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called BestFlatRoof after a search online. And Oleg was able to visit the job site by the next afternoon for a quote. We decided to go ahead with him, since he seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and also his quote was reasonable. His crew came out on the day it was schedule and did a very nice job. We were happy with their workmanship. But the important thing that he offered a payment plan to us. We paid in three installments (with post dated cheques). That was very helpful. We would highly recommend him.
