The prices are fantastic. I needed to replace my food processor. I have bought appliances on amazon for significantly reduced prices, but the food processor was $40 cheaper at Caynes. But what impressed me the most was that although I had left my receipt on the counter as I left the store (and therefore my guarantee) when I returned the next day the clerk on the Customer Service desk was able to quickly reproduce a copy to give me. All the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I live on the other side of town, but am happy to travel far to shop here. Thank you Caynes.

Punctual, pleasant service that went somewhat beyond the call of duty. The plumber took the time to explain to me future work that needed to be done, and even took the time to collaborate with another workman on the phone. My house needs a major plumbing job which I was not in the position to start right away - the plumber made suggestions that would tide me over in the meantime and not cost me too much. I can't think of a single negative comment to make about my experience with Shank's -from the initial phone call to the final payment.

It was very easy to set up an appointment with Francis which I did on the phone. He asked me the size of my house and was able to give me a price which I felt was very reasonable. He arrived on time with a helper. They were respectful of my house and moved their equipment without damaging walls or floors. In addition to cleaning my dryer vent, Francis was kind enough to clean under the dryer as well, which was filthy. Much appreciated. Francis and his helper were friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

I called the company at 4 o'clock one afternoon as I was cleaning out my garage. Despite not knowing how much I had, they gave me an approximate idea of how much it would cost, which was fairly close to the final cost. Their price was very fair. They agreed to come between 7 and 8 a.m. the next morning and came at 7;30 with unnecessary apologies that they were not there earlier.. The fellows on the truck were very courteous, thorough and left me a clean driveway. They checked with me carefully about items that were to go and stay. Great, friendly, punctual service.
