I bought French doors and a kitchen window for a new kitchen reno. The salesman made rude comments such as "you're no listening to me" and "your father is a bad engineer" when I was trying to get clarification. Upon installation they broke the French doors and provided the wrong brick measurements for the window. After calling them repeatedly they stopped answering my calls and I was forced to pay $900 to another contractor to fix the window. 2 months on the French doors are still not fixed.

Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on August 28th 2013, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer. We would like to very much speak to "Alex in Toronto" because we have a Service Care Department and an Installations Care department, and regular surveys are conducted to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To date, we find no record of a report which can be related back to the customer, "Alex" therefore, we are asking for Home Stars' cooperation and have yet to hear from the writer.
