Conversation started today 9:36am Ed Marion To Linda Pezzolitte (Manager), Betty Burton (Sales Rep.) and Keith our installer, I (Ed Marion) and my mother-in-law Marjorie Lee, would like to send our thanks and gratitude to your response in your aid and assistance. We were not even sure if we would get out of the so called contract with OEG, Ontario Energy Group, that forced their way into my mother's home. With the information that Betty Burton gave us about the 10 day cooling off period, which Mom did not know about, the CTV news clip, and finally the call from Linda about fixing the situation at hand, gave us a renewed outlook toward Reliance. We managed to get out of the contract with OEG, and the illegal installation of the hot water tank, which they had removed after multiple phone calls and e-mails. With the professionalism of your installer Keith, not only did he put in the tank in, he installed the tank to code, which not only stats the fact of what your company stands for. More than I can say for the other company that just did the job and got out so they could insure the contract, especially before the 10 day cooling off period. I will and would let anyone that is looking for someone to install a new furnace, hot water tank, to have Reliance Home Heating and Cooling come and do the job because of the CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM that you provide.
