We recently had our basement bathroom renovated. The bathroom was a complete redo including a walk-in shower conversion. The whole process was great from start to finish and the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. Extremely professional.  Evan and his team were very professional and extremely meticulous. They were very open to suggestions and they had some great ideas we hadn't even considered. They were very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. All said it was a very satisfying experience and I would definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend Jiang's Renovations for any projects you may be considering.

The company was quick and courteous in making time the same day I called with my pest problem ( called 8am in the morning and Troy was at my place by 12pm). In regards to my problem, what i thought was a raccoon/squirrel problem came out to be mice in the Attic. Troy was really knowledgeable and not only did he address the problem immediately but he educated me on the process involved and the reason why mice and other pests get into the house. As a real estate agent I am definitely going to keep a watchful eye on the pointers made by him. I would recommend him to my friends, family and clients also. Thanks for the service, especially when you had to climb the roof and inspect it on a -32 degrees wind chill temperature. Regards, Rafik

Mike was very proficient, friendly and down to earth. He explained everything in detail. The inspection was done for my brother as a first time home buyer, and being new to the real estate industry I wanted to make sure the inspection was thorough. He was able to tell us what would be a safety issue, what concerns should be addressed first, & what could wait. He was willing to answer or explain any questions. The report was very comprehensive, easy to understand with pictures, and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this inspector. I would personally recommend him to my clients.
