Our shower was leaking through the ceiling of the floor below - we needed to replace the bottom of the shower and retile. Fabian came to assess the job the day we contacted him and provided a quote within a couple days. His team did a great job - the whole job took a few weeks, but we were able to still use the bath in the same room because they kept everything clean and orderly. They replaced the shower glass, redid the entire shower floor and retiled the floor and first layer of tiles on the shower walls. We're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Precise Tile.

Washing Machine broke down on the Saturday evening of the May long weekend, in the midst of COVID. Needed somebody to come fix it asap - Evgeny came at 8am the next morning - repaired the machine and stayed to make sure it went through an entire cycle with no problems. Super helpful and professional - I would absolutely recommend.

We were looking to do a major bathroom renovation, including expanding our second floor washroom through a double brick wall into a sun room on the back of our house, where we wanted to build a new shower and install a new bathtub. We were also looking to replace a staircase, insulate the entire addition (from basement to second floor), add insulation and siding to the addition’s exterior, install some new light fixtures and windows, and put in in-floor heating. We contacted Home Improvement People along with 4 or 5 other companies that were highly rated on Homestars. Larry helped us scope the project, and was very prompt in providing a written quote that came in better than the other companies we spoke with. As with any job, there were changes along the way – Larry was always very accommodating and solution-focused – he was always able to answer our questions and help us with additional work (i.e,. adding extra potlights in the kitchen, removing popcorn ceiling, install new hardwood in a bedroom etc…). The plumbers, electrical, spray insulation, siding installation, tile, flooring, painting and drywall guys were very professional, and did a great job. We had some problems with the stair installation not being done properly, but Larry made sure it got fixed. The job took longer than we had hoped it would (just over 3 months), but the end result was worth the wait. We would definitely recommend the Hope Improvement People, and would use them again ourselves.
