Our hot water rental company (Reliance) contracted our service with Flan Air. After no hot water on a Friday, Stephen from Flan Air came out Saturday and called to offer to come early before our scheduled time on the day. This worked out great. Stephen was punctual, personable, explained everything very well and made sure that our problem was resolved right the first time. You can tell he is a real professional with lots of experience. Instead of doing a quick fix and dashing out, he went the extra mile and took the time to ensure the symptoms didn't return. After a thorough diagnosis he arranged for a crew to be dispatched to install a brand new tank, who arrived in under an hour. Less than a 24 hour turn around on the weekend, and it would have been even faster but we could not accommodate the earlier appointment. I can't recommend their service enough!
