I was not sure about what I needed for my backyard project..the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out the proper type of stone and the amount required which I was unable to determine. They had a very good variety of decorative stone, both small and large. When the delivery arrived, the driver was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. I have a very small driveway in a lane way that I share with a neighbour. He was very careful to keep the stone from being on my neighbours driveway or hitting the side of my house. I will definitely go back to this company to finish my project.

Once again Superior Home Improvements has gone above and beyond in customer service. Art, Dan and Jay came to replace my final 2 windows( I have been using Superior for 2 houses, doors and windows, since 2003). They were on time,courteous and conscientious, esp. with cleanup, and did the work quickly and efficiently. The best thing about this wonderful company and thoughtful employees is that you never have to call and remind them of anything. When they say they will do it they always do, and in the exact time they say too. Jeff even watched for my GreenOn rebate and called me to get a signature that I missed before the deadline date. I’m only sorry that I have no more windows or doors to replace. I recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you everyone, you are all truly “Superior “!

I called at noon and John came the same day before 5pm. He not only fixed the cables on the garage door but tightened all the door bolts and the light bulb, stapled the rubber at the bottom of the door and oiled everything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The best surprise came with the bill when I saw that it cost me $80 less than the other company I paid 6 years ago for the same service. I will definitely call this company again.

I just had front and back doors installed in my small townhouse. Art, Jay and Alex arrived early and worked without a break until they were done. The installs were done carefully with respect to the house , inside and out. They were polite and approachable to all my questions. The job was done in record time and , as I have come to expect from Superior, a final inspection was done to ensure all was working. I have had 6 windows and now 2 doors replaced by this company. I'll be back next year for my last 2 windows. Thanks for the relief I get knowing that all will be done right or fixed if necessary. Just a note to say on Halloween nite I had several parents comment on the beauty of my door....and I passed on the company name. Thanks again !

I called Superior in 2004, after meeting Barry at Markville Mall, to put in a large front window in my large home. It was completed as promised and looked great. So 8 years later, after I had moved to a tiny townhouse, I still had Barry's card and decided to see if they were still around to do another window in my small house. I called and Barry came over as promised. He even remembered me! Even though this house was so small, I always wanted to have a Bay Window. I consulted with Barry, since I wasn't sure if it could be put into such a small place. Barry was able to make some helpful suggestions and the window was ordered . Barry made it so easy I also included 2 new windows for my bedroom. They came to install on the date that they said, in fact, I think they were early. The installation was professional and all debris was removed. The Bay window has been great, easy to clean and looks amazing. I'm sure it has added a lot of value to this tiny house.
