Our rental hot water heater malfunctioned on Sunday night. We were pleased to be able to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day. After the service personal left, we found that the original problem had not been remedied. Another call and a new person arrived Tuesday AM. He assured us that it was now fixed. Alas, not so. An hour after he left, we were in the same fix as previous. Again, an appointment was scheduled for later the same day. A third service person, Steve Danchak, finally found the problem and finally fixed it. He was quick, courteous, professional and kind enough to leave his personal cell # in case the problem returned. Hurray for Steve! If future need arrises, we'll ask for him BY NAME.
