Very happy. Moved my baby upright piano from a storage unit into first floor of my home. They showed up early and called to let me know I could come early - but no pressure to do so. They took excellent care of my piano and even navigated the tricky doorway with ease. Friendly, efficient and effective. Will schedule my tuning with James for sure.
