About five years ago, we hired Muhammed to help us rid our home of bed bugs, and he was great. (The full review is here on Home Stars, probably at the end of September 2013, or early October.) He took great care with our home, with our many questions, and he eliminated the problem. A few weeks ago, we needed help with a smaller job, and he was as courteous, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and fast as ever. He really is the person to call for your pest issues. He has my gratitude and my highest recommendation.

We had to call for junk removal four or five times as we dealt with a house project. The guys at 1-800-Rid-Of-It were thoroughly professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would, and also made sure to call ahead to confirm their arrival. Highly recommended.

We discovered a leak in our attic a few weeks back, and were looking for top-quality roofers to come over and deal with it quickly. We got in touch with RYR, and Vitaliy came over as soon as he could to take a look. He assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a quote which I went over with my wife. The shingles needed to be replaced not only on the second floor over the attic, but also over the porch on the first floor. We chose RYR over two other companies that have excellent reviews on Home Stars, and I'm glad we did. After we agreed to hire RYR, they quickly sent over a crew to put a temporary fix in place, just in case more rain fell before they could start the job. It kept the attic dry. A few days later, they came over as agreed and did the full job. As it turned out, they had to replace some wood on the second floor because of moisture & ant damage, and they also had to replace wood over the porch that was rotten. That was a few bucks more, but they kept me in the loop, and took pictures to show me what was going on. The added cost for the wood was reasonable, and the final bill was what I was expecting. Vitaliy, Pavel and Catherine were great to deal with, and always perfectly professional. I highly recommend Royal York Roofing.

About a month ago, we discovered bed bugs in a room on the second floor of our home. We immediately tried to call a large extermination company, but it was a Sunday night, and the next day was a legal holiday. They said someone would phone back on Tuesday. In the interim, my wife went to Home Stars and found Pest Solution Services. I'm so glad she did. We called Muhammed on the holiday Monday, and arranged for him to come over for an inspection that day. He showed up when he said he would. It was clear the house had a major problem, and he arranged to come over to start a thorough treatment the next day. It was a pretty big job. Our home is three stories, and we had a lot of stuff in it. Muhammad was exceptional. He assessed where treatment was needed, and what items in the home were at risk. As he did his work, my wife and I started to remove clutter. We learned the hard way that the more stuff you have, the more stuff you have to worry about! After three days, Muhammad was done his work, and ever since, he's been fantastic about taking our many questions as we continue to monitor our home. He also made sure to come over for a follow-up inspection. And his price was within the range that I expected. I found him perfectly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and careful. He puts thought into where he uses certain chemicals, and where he steams and vacuums as he tackles the problem. I give him my highest recommendation.
