My husband and I own rental suites in homes and a small apartment building. We have worked with various installers over the years and none come anywhere close to Modus. From the moment you contact Modus you can count on getting accurate information, a schedule you can count on, and a seamless installation. With our older buildings they have, of course, presented challenges that were unexpected and the Modus team has come up with solutions for every one they've faced. We now make sure they are available for any installation we are doing. Because we've used the Company repeatedly we can say that everyone we've worked with is great -- and by great I mean knowledgeable and competent as well as good communicators. At first we thought the first team was the best and wanted to stick with them but we've learned to trust anyone they send.
