Brampton Hardwood will not answer my emails or comment on the horrific installation. I have dips in the flooring. NO joke, I actually get a little dizzy while walking over them. Worst of all the "special" installation he did where our tiles meets the flooring has come up on it's own. He went on about how he has this special technique to work around T-moulds. Now Bramptonhardwood recommended this installer to me. It's was their guy. I'm at a huge loss. From the looks of things they will go down in a few years. Especially in this economy. You can't keep biting the hand that feeds you. I have never seen so many bad reviews for such a niche market company. Lesson learned. ***** I JUST GOT A RESPONSE!!! jan.23.
