Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I've used Persian Rug Services on two occasions thus far for expert cleaning and repairing of my carpets. I always appreciate their fair prices, quality efforts and quick turnaround - and am happy to endorse them.

I measure customer service by how well a company responds to circumstances beyond their control. The roof project schedule was set back due to a personal medical emergency involving the chimney mason. The Walker Team did everything humanly possible to ensure smooth and successful installation while accommodating my needs and those of my neighbour. Great Job! Thank You.
