Oct 10. No hot water. Called Reliance for service and Daryl #2109 was here earlier than expected. He checked out the unit thoroughly and discovered problems not indicated by the codes on the controller which he fixed as well. He commented on a slight gas smell when he came into the house and took time to check all the lines for leaks. Found a small seepage at a coupling in the main line coming in from the meter which he tightened and made sure was stopped before he would leave. Excellent service Thanks
