Xinxin is a very responsible renovation company. Their quote is reasonable and their service is very detail oriented. I used them to do a whole house renovation during last year. And I would say the whole process is more than satisfying. They would always listen to me, even though I changed my mind several times during the renovation, they always tried their best to fulfill my new request. I highly recommend this company!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In May 2012, I purchased the whole HVAC system including both Furnace and Air Conditioner from this company. At the time when I made my decision to purchase, the company promised 10 years parts and labor warranty. In the 2nd year, I turned on my AC in June, and I found out that the AC is not cooling, so I called the company to come back to service the AC. They denied my warranty claim and said their warranty is only effective if I paid them $100 + tax of maintainance of AC each year. Otherwise I don't have any warranty. But this never disclosed to me when I purchased the system in May 2012. So I have to agreed with them and paid them $113 for the 2013 maintenance. The technician named Mike came to my home and inspected my AC. He did not tell me what's wrong, but actually I know later it is low on refrigerant. If a one year old AC is low on freon, it must be leak somewhere. Instead of performing a leakage detection, he only spent 20 minutes in my home and refill some freon into the system. The AC seems to work for last year for a while but stop working at end of August, so I called him back and he did the same thing again then leave. On May 2014, when the first time I turned on my AC this year, the same problem occurred, the AC is not cooling again. Then I have to give this company a call again to ask them to repair my AC. However, this time they denied to come, they said last year the maintenance happend at June which is over one month of my purchasing date of May 2012, so it is considered as a service, not a maintenance, so my warranty with them is void. I ended up finding another technician to fix the refrigerant leakage for me and paid $646. And the technician told me the leakage is because their inprofessional installation, he showed me the leakage point which is happened at a welding joint. I strongly suggest everyone to be cautious of this terrible company. If you want to buy or get your HVAC system serviced, stay away from this company!!!!

Dear customer,
I feel so sorry for your experience.
as its very clear on the sales agreement all labor warranty more than one year, requires annual maintenance by Alliance and unfortunately you have NOT done it.
that would be great if you can call office and ask for Payman and we can discuses how can we help you for it.
thanks
