Needed (our essentially brand new, custom Scandinavian modular) sofa reupholstered to match new decor, and wouldn't have EVER thought anything could go wrong until.. The sofa comes back with NONE of it's piping detail, once meticulously sewn corners are SMUSHED round and nearly 50% their original volume, rods for optional armrests & back (think removable headrests of your car) are compLETEly misaligned, the boards needed to maintain the modular pieces' structure are nowhere to be found, and they claim not to have received the 2 throw pillows noted in the quote to be reupholstered with. The most exasperating thing is the owner's denial of any wrongdoing despite my millions of detailed photos of the original. After pulling teeth, was offered replacement pillow FORMS ($15ea). Mmmhmm... Couldn't look at the poor sofa anymore. Donated it. Once so, so beautiful.
