I called him on a Thursday before a long weekend and he said he would come the next day although he was booked up so I could go away on my vacation. He actually found time to come that day. Always professional, always responsive. I've used him before, and I will use him again.
Dave and Liviu installed a new Furnace and AC. They were both courteous and professional. Dave quoted the same day I called him, and did not try to upsell more expensive units or add-ons. They took the time to explain the new systems work and the various rebates that are availible now. Pricing was very competitive, and the service was excellent.
