one of the guys i believe is name was mark (owner) was extremely rude. not to mention the fact that he used bad language towards me and my brother and treated us like dirt. so i fired he as i refuse to pay someone to talk to me in that manner. nor should any costumer be treated that way.
i was very happy with the job, they were very quick and cleaned every thing up. some of the guys were not to bad looking too. lol so if you need a job done good and fast give these guys a call.

all the work was done very quickly and every thing was cleaned up. i was also advised as to where i should have my easestroughts because over the years the wind had taken some of them out.
i had 6 windows in my home replaced. i had priced out a few companys. royal deluxe was not the cheapest but they were not very pricey either. what i did like about them the most was that edward (the sales guy) took the time to explain everything to us. and only sold us what we needed and not all the extra's we didn't thank you edward vinnie from brampton
