Our oven stopped working after a self clean. I found Waterloo Appliance Services on the internet and called them. I dealt with a very courteous customer service rep and made an appointment for the next day. I was given a 3 hour window for the tech to show up, and he showed up in the window. Joe was extremely helpful, very efficient, and resolved the issue quickly while patiently answering my questions. I feel that I got excellent value with this service. I will recommend Waterloo Appliance Service to my friends.
