I signed up with Reliance in spring 2012. I signed a 5 year contract. I had a false alarm where the police were dispatched and I showed up home before the police. They contacted the landline number, my cell and my contact before dispatching police. My daytime number is my work number which I can be reached at best. I was charged $78 for this false alarm which I then contacted them and asked why since I showed up before the police and dismembered the alarm. They then coaxed me into adding the "god" service which gets an independent company to go out and look at the property before police are dispatched which costs me an extra $5 per month. I was then told to write a letter and ask if they would consider removing the false alarm fee considering I added this "god" service. No such luck. I will be done with this company once I complete my contract and I will tell every person that I know not to associate themselves with this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
