I called 1-800-got-junk, not sure what to expect from them, but desperate for someone to assist me with my furniture removal - and they were amazing!! If furniture removal can ever be considered "stress free" the two movers who came to my home made it that way for me!! I booked them with little notice (they were very accommodating) and was able to choose a time that was perfect for me (again very accommodating). They arrived on time, were cheerful, careful, efficient, knew what they were doing and proceeded to complete the job with ease (I live in a high rise building so they also had to contend with the elevators and limited parking). Would I use them again - absolutely!! Would I recommend them to friends and clients - absolutely and without any hesitation! I applaud companies who appreciate the value in "great customer service" and who strive to be better and do better for their clients and 1-800-got-junk is definitely one of those companies!
