We needed a replacement Water Heater on a Sunday morning. Curt answered our phone call in person and had us back to normal before noon. And along the way he did a complete inspection of our furnace and serviced the humidifier and air cleaner. Amazing response and totally professional. Can't recommend him too highly. John Breeze
