I hired Sean Moss to conduct a mold inspection at my home in North Delta. I was concerned that I had a problem in the main bathroom. Sean did a thorough inspection and determined that I likely did not have mold or any moisture intrusion. He provided excellent tips on how to reduce humidity. He also inspected other areas where there might be moisture intrusion and then conducted a general inspection inside and out and provided me with excellent advice in a number of areas. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Hi Jeff, Mold is tricky and at times difficult to control. The tips should keep it a minimum, although it is impossible to prevent completely.
