Stove element was making a crackle sound and smell of burning when not on. Merv came the same day and replaced the two element switches that were defective. I have used them in the past and will definitely call again when an appliance breaks. Thanks for the service

Mr Hasan is the technician who always comes to service. He is delightful. He is knowledgeable and helpful and always smiling.
