My oven had stopped working halfway through baking. Waterloo Appliance Service was called and were able to repair it the next day already. The technician was punctual (arrived within the 3 hour time frame I was given on the phone), friendly and patiently waited outside while I restrained the dog. The repair was completed quickly ( 20 minutes) and efficiently. The technician also answered several questions I had about other appliances and his company in general. I am very pleased and will now recommend this company to others. :) My only suggestion would be to call before arrival, assuming the technicians carry a cellphone, and then he wouldn't have had to wait outside because of the dog.
