An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding yesterday…. I returned to our house yesterday morning around 11am to find it cold and our main floor furnace no longer working. I called another furnace company and was given your contact information following a brief discussion (our furnace didn’t need warranty work and when I asked if they could recommend someone, they immediately gave me your number). I talked to Tyler who said he could be at our place within the hour. And he was. Both Tyler and Jason were prompt, friendly and able to fix our furnace in less than 2 hours.
