Had an Issue Christmas Eve oven stopped working, Called Waterloo Appliance Service and crossed my fingers someone could help me out to save my christmas dinner for our entire family. The dispatcher was very understanding and said she would see what they could do... Lo and behold she called me back within minutes and had a tech on his way to my house. I was so greatful, Rob the tech was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed very quickly and had the part to repair the oven with him.
