The company also showed flexibility in tailoring their contract to meet my particular needs, including having them work cooperatively with another contractor (our plumber). Finally, their price was reasonable, they started and finished on time, they did a professional job which stopped the leak, and they fully documented their work with photos so I could see exactly what they did when I was not present.
