My wife found Stephen via Google. We had to obtain a Home Inspection for a property that is approx 27 years old. Stephen called my wife back immediately, and scheduled an onsite overview of the property right away. Stephen was on prem when we arrived, and I had the opportunity to "ghost" him on every aspect of reviewing the property. Stephen is an excellent resource when it comes to mechanical and structural matters. He took his time to explain everything to both my wife and I, and went the extra yard to ensure we did "understand" what was being iterated. He was professional and courteous to the existing home owners, and I would HIGHLY recommend his services. Good job Mr. Kelk. Good job!
