Tiernan was able the come within one hour of my initial phone call. After a quick assessment he gave me the very honest truth that it was not worth repairing. The cost for his time was very fair considering I saved myself from a costly repair that would have far ecceeded the fridge's value. Very friendly, honest, and timely service!
