Paul is a perfectionist and very professional in his work. Does more than you ask for on his own. Gutted out and refurbished our master bedroom bathroom and several other little and big jobs at other locations. Would recommend him without hesitation. Only criticism is he takes way longer than time promised. We really liked Paul right from the start. Would hire him again without hesitation. For the master bathroom job we paid him $9500.00

Walid and Omid Masood, brothers, are the most pleasant, smiling and obliging contractors that I have ever worked with. Part of our basement got flooded due to a burst water pipe. We had to rip out and reinstall all the drywall and the drop ceiling. They also installed a wood floor and some lighting. The kitchen was gutted out, backsplash and tiles installed. Omid did a great job, and in fact went out of his way to please me. He is a perfect all rounder and can do almost all kinds of home renovations. The only complain that I have is that while working they tend to be untidy and have their tools scattered all over the place and they did not cover appliances etc. to protect from dust. Floors too were left uncovered while painting which I thought was a bit shabby but when I pointed this out they quickly remedied this situation. Since this job I have hired Omid for other jobs requiring plumbing etc. and am very satisfied. I would recommend them if you do not care for a perfectionist job and for the price you cannot beat them!

We hired Greenerland Garden Services (David Wei Zhu) a small family run business, to cut down fairly big branches of trees after the famous ice storm of Toronto (2014). David came right on time to give the estimate and then to cut down the trees and clear all the debris. He even transported some of the wood to another location after cutting it into logs suitable for a fire place. David is professional in his work and very pleasant to work with. His price was very reasonable and definitely below some other quotes that we had obtained. The only thing that he did not do correctly as per my instructions (because I was not there to supervise him while he was cutting) was not to cut the logs into exact lengths for aesthetic storage. I would hire him again any time and recommend him highly.
