I have a flat roof (vinyl membrane) and water leaking onto my bedroom ceiling causing a fair bit of damage. I had approx. 8 roofing companies investigate the situation of which 7 of the 8 spent 15 minutes glancing around and pushing for a full roof replace (although the roof is only 7 years old). Not satisfied I called Fixer on the Roof and left a message - they called me back within hours (on a weekend) and dispatched Rick Barr to investigate.
