An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Absolutely fantastic service! I took my rugs in for a cleaning after we had a flood caused from a sink backing up. They explained everything they were going to do, told me the prices and asked where I heard about them. I said, Google, They gave me the discount for cash & carry and told me that my rugs would be ready in about 7-10 days. After about a week, I got a call and picked up the rugs. The rugs shined like new and looked great! I really appreciate the service and will be back or anyone else has "a little accident".
