This is the second time I have made a call to Dimitri - both times he shows up on time and quickly and efficiently solves the problem...I hope I won't NEED his services again but if I do, he's my go-to. Highly recommend.

This company shamefully mislead me on the fixed - up front costs for repair/maintenance of my washing machine. $80 for the initial consult but regardless of what you have done they then charge a fixed labour cost of $280+tax....I paid the technician for not even 10 minutes of tinkering for what I am not sure. Thery do not itemize the repair invoice or offer you any warranty for work. I have written the company to see what they will do but STAY AWAY they are shisters and after reading other reviews I am nervous that the work is even reliable!
