We are writing this review as we truly appreciated the qualify of service provided by A1 Quality Chimney. We were not asked to do a review or offered any incentive, unlike some other companies. We contacted the company Wed am, the owner Bob was at our house the same day. We were expecting bad news and were ready to put in a gas insert. Bob was informative and provided a very simple and cost effective solution. The chimney in our 40 yr old home was not up to code. Our fireplace was fixed within 2 days of Bob's visit- a new liner and a new cap. Bob also spent time with us making suggestions on how to update the look of our fireplace.The employees were informative and professional. We can now enjoy our smoke free fireplace.
