The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I can hear just by talking on the phone with the representatives that Direct Energy is an honest, upright and well managed company. The service I called for was in relation to sewer flood damages and restoration services. I wish the insurance companies would deal directly with Direct Energy for faster efficient and cost effective service that is to code.
