I went to a few "hot tub expos" but I kept feeling like the sales people were swindling me. They would never show me the inside of the tub or give me a straight out answer with the price. I never got a sense that they were there to help me buy a tub. I walked into the Oshawa International Pool and Spa store, and felt warm immediately. I never felt that I was being tricked, or that my needs weren't being considered. Nick took the time to take me step by step through the different line ups, and showed me what I should be looking for when buying a hot tub. Even with two kids running around the store, he was comfortable and courteous enough to engage them, while teaching my wife and I. Once I felt comfortable enough with the knowledge I had been provided, I went to a couple other local stores to see what they had. I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence. I made my rounds, and I ended up back at International and am now a proud owner of a Coast Spa Radiance. I want to thank Nick and the Oshawa store staff for making my decision an easy one.
