In Oder to be compliant with Toronto bylaws, I contacted Ontario Downspout Service. I had a challenging downspout configuration that required some creative thinking to overcome. They discussed a number of approaches with me and in the end came up with a good solution. The crew turned up at the promised time and completed the work fully and professionally, leaving no mess behind. I found the whole crew to be courteous and efficient. The lower element in my oven caught fire/died on Saturday night as we were making dinner. I called Top Tech Appliance Service on Sunday morning and they came by at lunch to assess the problem. It turned out that a replacement element needed to be ordered and this was obtained on Monday. The earliest I could be around for him to come back was Tuesday. So now it's Tuesday and the problem is solved. Responsive, courteous, and at a fair price. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommended!

My house has a flat roof in back and a pitched roof in front. The pitched roof needed reshingling. I contacted Luc's Roofing based on the Homestars comments. I was not disappointed. Luc came by my house at a time that was convenient for me and we discussed the various options in terms of materials. He explained every aspect of the job, in a candid low key, low pressure manner, and provided a quote on the spot. Once I agreed to the quote, he was quick to schedule the job. Luc's son, Ben led the crew on the day of the job a few days later. They did an excellent job and completely cleaned up my yard after finishing. I was most impressed by Ben's courteous manner and sense of customer satisfaction. The crew were also very professional and hard-working. Last night we had a heavy rainfall and I was pleased to note that everything seems fine and dry. I would definitely recommend Luc's Roofing to anyone.
