I've worked with a handful of custom closet manufacturers/designers over the years, but I wish I had known about Superior sooner, I wouldn't have bothered with the rest of them. The work is concise, of good quality, and looks fabulous. Joseph is easily accessible, open to suggestions, and has a wealth of knowledge. His customer service skills are top notch. We recently moved into a new build, and needed to maximize closet space in every floor of the house. It was no small feat. The work was done in a timely manner, the installation team (Jojo in particular!) was incredibly efficient, and SO clean; (all additional cutting, etc., was done outside). I would not hesitate to recommend Superior to anyone who might need custom closets, organizational help, etc. We are so pleased. Thank you, Superior!

We had used Able Moving for a move previously, in 2007 - and at that time, we were really pleased with the service. They were friendly, relatively efficient and careful. So, when it came to hiring a moving company again this summer, we decided to call them back. What a difference 7 years makes. We hired them for a pack and move. And though the young lady who packed our kitchen was very thorough, considerate and kind - the remainder of the packing service was disorganized, they showed our possessions little to no care, (tangled jewelry items, coats and other clothing smashed into boxes); and adding insult to injury, the brunt of the boxes weren't even labeled - because 'it would take too long' - which seemed like an odd response as we were paying by the hour. The move out was fine enough. Our move-in, which took place two weeks later was a thoroughly frustrating affair. They promised to be here by 9am - they called at 10.30 to say they would arrive by 1pm. When they did finally arrive at 1.30, they complained about the type of dwelling we had moved in to, and how difficult the move would be. They were generally rude, particularly the head mover - who was patronizing, (called me "my dear", etc.) and spent the majority of the time huffing and puffing about the job they had to do - even so far as saying 'I would never have bought this place - too many stairs.' The administrative staff was no better - they rarely returned phone calls, much less email messages, and neglected to pass over important information regarding payment, scheduling etc. We've pretty much decided to never move again - but should the thought ever pop into our heads to do so, we definitely WILL NOT be using Able.

Igal was thorough, meticulous and easy-going. We had A LOT of things to be hung; and he was professional, and industrious. We would definitely hire him again should we acquire more wall-space! :)

Prompt, courteous - and a job well done. 416-SO-CLEAN came and went without much of a fuss - they cleaned the grout in the powder room, which is now a gleaming white - and the carpeting that had taken a beating from the dog. It's clean - looks almost new and, did I mention, clean? Great job - thank you! And I'll see you next time.

We needed a carpet cleaning prior to the arrival of our newborn, and so I looked to Homestars and found Parma Cleaning. Ty Burlington was quick to respond to my query and when he arrived for our appointment I found him to be super friendly, courteous, and the cleaning he did on my carpet was utterly fantastic! I've tried countless cleaning services, all boasting their timely service, their dependability and their quality. But none were as true to their word as David from Dirtless Dave. I needed someone to come in for a bi-weekly cleaning service, nothing too complicated, but one that involved a shouty, but very friendly dog and someone (me) that was looking for 100% quality and total reliability. And trust me, David isn't finished until the job is DONE. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and is jovial, approachable and friendly throughout. In short, David is a wonder at what he does and it doesn't hurt that he's a fabulous person. Thanks again!
