Saif was very friendly and easy to deal with. After an initial estimate, we decided to delay for a year because of other priorities. The next season, Saif was happy to honour his previous price. We are very happy with the work he did, and would certainly recommend him to any friends.

Peter re-arranged his schedule to accommodate ours and fix our uniquely constructed leaky bathroom sink the day we called. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Maybe we'll never have need for a plumber again, but more than likely, we'll be calling Plumbers Direct.
