I contacted Michael after reading the reviews from other people on this site. I called him on a short notice to complete a home inspection on our first home purchase, he was quick to return my call and was able to accommodate the time which was suitable for both the tenants in the house. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He was extremely thorough and detailed and asked me to tag along with him as he inspected both exterior and interior. Michael made the information very easy to understand and I find him very personable. He spent about 4 hours to complete the inspection and at no point I find him rushing thru the job in order to get over with. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and dedication to work. He provided me with the all the pertinent information and sound advise on the status of the home. His recommendations helped us re-negotiate the agreement with the seller resulting in saving of $4K towards the cost of roof of the house. I am very pleased with his work and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
