I called Priority Plumbing late one night because I had raw sewage backing up into my basement. (Gross). Priority Plumbing was the 2nd company I called after the first company didn't answer their phone. So much for 24 hour service. Greg arrived less than an hour later. He was intelligent, polite and eager to help. I didn't get the feeling like he was trying to take advantage of me or my situation like I had somewhat expected. I guess you hear horror stories and hope for the best. He had all the gadgets and locators to identify my problem underground quickly and accurately. I've been to doctors who were less competent. I've also had other service guys in my home and know outstanding service when i see it. We ended up replacing a small section of drain pipe after he showed me for my own eyes with the camera and explained everything in great detail. He could have told me to replace the whole drain but he was honest and told me that I could wait a few more years. The price was not unreasonable at all. I was happy to get my problem fixed quickly and professionally. I really have to comment on the technician though.
