I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains and am very proud to offer them a 5 Star Review. I had an incredibly difficult time with a huge back up in the kitchen sink of one of my apartments at my RE/MAX Real Estate Branch Office. I was so fortunate when I found Tornado Plumbing & Drains online and had the opportunity to discuss my urgent situation with Sergei. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and very transparent, I hired him on the spot. He came within the hour and did a full job clearing the unit drain and the full drainage line to the street level with high level equipment. It was a difficult job considering the small space and restrictions under the sink. Their pricing is very reasonable for emergency service. I will refer Sergei and his firm Tornado Plumbing in a heartbeat. It was great to learn they carry a range of services specializing in plumbing, drain replacement, cleaning, repair and installation plus concrete flooring, main water service, sump pumps and waterproofing services. Internal and external waterproofing for basements in residential and commercial properties so Tornado is the absolute best choice! We are thrilled to recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains at anytime and will certainly call them for continued services. Best Linda

Mr. Mourad is one of the best Home Inspectors in the industry. I never hesitate to recommend him to my clients because he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and offers excellent advise on key elements of the home every time. He understand the home from the mechanicals, foundations, structural, roof and all of the interior/exterior aspects of the home and communicates all of his findings to my Buyers. They can rest assure they had the right inspector assisting them. As a Realtor for over 30 years, I stand by my recommendation of Mr. Mourad. It is always a pleasure, his commitment and punctuality is always on the mark!!
